> The big bad wolf.
> The big bad wolf went to the first house and huffed and
> puffed and blew the house down in minutes. The frightened
> little pig ran to the second pig’s house that was made of
> sticks. The big bad wolf now came to this house and huffed
> and puffed and blew the house down in hardly any time. Now,
> The two little pigs were terrified and ran to the third
> pig’s house that was made of bricks. The big bad wolf tried
> to huff and puff and blow the house down, but he could not.
> Our big bad wolf is the world;
Jesus said we are in the
> world but not of the world. If the world hate me it will
> hate you.
Who will protect us from the big bad wolf of the world?
> Psalm 91:1
> “He who dwells in the shelter of the most high will abide in
> the shadow of the almighty.”
> Psalm 91 is all about shelter. Did you know there is a place
> in God a secret place for those who want to seek refuge. It
> is a literal place of physical safety and security that God
> tells us about in this Psalm. God will protect us from all
> danger. He will close some doors in order to protect you, and I. He
> will open some doors in order to protect you, He will not
> give you everything you ask for in order to protect you from
> you, He will give you what you do not ask for in order to
> protect you.
Our Heavenly Father has a secret place in His
> arms that protects us from the storms raging in the world
> around us. That secret place is literal, but it is also
> conditional. In verse one of Psalm 91, God lists our part of
> the condition before He even mentions the promises included
> in His part. That`s because our part has to come first.
> three little pigs were only safe in the last house because
> He built his house with bricks.
> What do we have to do first? In order to abide in the shadow
> of the Almighty, we must choose to dwell in the shelter of
> the Most High.
Where is this secret Place? This place of
> refuge is actually a relationship with the Father you have
> cultivated and developed by investing enough time into it to
> make it very personal and intimate.
If God is for you, who
> can be against you.
> No weapon formed against you shall prosper.
Run into the arms of God.
He said upon this rock I will build my Church
> and the gates of hell will not prevail.
A rock is not straw
> or wood that can be blown down.
The world can not touch what
> God has built and God has built you in His own image, that’s
> why God did not give us the spirit of fear,
He is our whatever you need.
Run to Jesus for He cares for you…
