We must not be lead by our emotions. Because our emotions will change constantly.
The bible in Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us to lean not on our own understanding, but acknowledge Him and he will direct our paths.
God is not ruled by emotions we are.
He knows the plan for our life from the beginning to the end.
He is truly in control, if we only learn to trust Him. We must stand on His promises.
So you ask Pastor Shelia what are His promises; well I’m glad you asked.
There is over 7000 promises from God in the bible. No matter how many promises there is from God 2 Corinthians 1:20 tells us they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through Him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.
We must understand that all God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ Jesus with a resounding “Yes” And through Christ our Amen ascends to God for His glory.
It is our trust and faith in Him that allows us to except and receive the finish works of Jesus Christ.
Step out on His promises and walk in the finished work of Jesus Christ….
But in order to step out on His promises, we must first know the promises for our selves.
How do you learn the promises of God; so glad you asked.
You learn his promises by having a personal relationship with Him, and studying His word.
Jesus is the answer, and the bible is your blueprint.
