Why do I feel unhappy?

The reason you may feel unhappy is because you may be depress. To me depression is never a good thing because it can make you feel not yourself and you can become a person your not. Sometimes you have you ask yourself “Why do I feel this way and how can I change the way I feel?” The reason you may feel this way is something could have happened and your not talking about it and its talking a total on you. Or You could feel that no one ever understands you.I have something that helps me when I feel sad I call someone that can make me laugh or I even try to make my self laugh by watching something on T.V. You can also try to go into the mirror and just smile and speak happiness over your life and I speak depression off of over life, and say encouraging things about yourself and the more you do that I guarantee that you will feel better. So trust God and he will make it better and he will keep anything that will harm you away form you.

Psalm 28:7, NLT The LORD is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.

Love Jessica,
