C.B. Helping Hands Ministries was founded on biblical principles in the year of 2004. We have both physical locations and a strong online family as well. We are a worldwide ministries changing and transforming lives one person at a time

We feed and clothe the hungry around the world. We have two agriculture farms located in Lofa, Africa to feed the hungry. We provide education through our numerous schools throughout Africa. We build wells so that those less fortunate can be afforded clean drinking water. Our service is provided in the United States and around the world. We strive to be God’s hands of compassion here on earth.

We have men and women empowerment groups, as well as life and business coaching..

This movement is on the move for God. As His ambassadors it requires us to work using all of our resources, gifts and talents.

Our online  worldwide Int movement  is  based on online and small cell group in person family gatherings.

These small groups are called  cell groups, part of the whole bigger picture.

Each group consists of 10 to 14 church members with one group leader.

As each group reaches its max number of members a new leader from that group  is selected and trained to start the next cell group.

We keep the cell groups small so that each group leader can provide one on one personal attention.

Each group meets weekly to worship, study, pray, and discuss life struggles and receive encouragement from each other, and God’s word.

Sunday worship service is live streaming to the website, can also be joined by zoom, or viewed on Facebook live, and YouTube.

We use zoom and clubhouse for all daily and weekly meetings.

We use all social media outlets.

Saturdays are our workshops day to educate, train and equip.

We provide classes that can be taken at your own leisure.

After completing our welcome and new members training you can  choose a small group leader who will make personal  contact with you by phone.

Then you are placed  in your Facebook messenger small group chat with around 10 to 14 other spirit led  online church members.

We are all about bonding as one body of Christ..

Bonding is easier with smaller numbers.  As you bond and become family you will better understand unity.

Talking and praying together becomes your new way of life. Other members who are like minded believers able, willing, and ready to  bond with you 24/7.

Your small cell group leader is always available to call on a daily basis.  Why? Because we care and value you.

Our physical and online ministry  family is thriving and growing just like in the book of Acts.

We have a powerful, spirit filled simply  amazing church staff, with  small cell group leaders who take excellent care of our beloved church family. Each member is treated with both love and respect.

We are able to bond and worship with other anointed, spirit filled believers from around the world.

We take it a step further by sending each member a monthly care package.

We offer all the benefits online, that you would receive attending a physical location.

However, as we are a worldwide Int movement we also have physical locations available to you as well. 

We take communion weekly, we testify of the goodness of God often, we allow the Holy Spirit to lead us in and out of worship service.

We are a fivefold deliverance, prophetic, healing ministry movement.

Communion will be sent to each person or their cell group upon request.
