Intercession

What a wonderful privilege and responsibility the body of christ has to intercede on behalf of others. This should be a high and holy
time daily when you are privileged to participate in this blessed ministry. Yes you have a ministry a very important one , God is depending
on you to intercede for your family memebers, for your pastor, for your boss, for your co worker, for your friend and even for your enemies.
Why should I pray anyone? Because it is a sin if you do not pray for them.Samuel said in 1 Samuel 12:23 “Far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you. He understood it. First Timothy 2:1 sayss , I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men. Ephesians 6:18 reads, ” praying always in the spirt for all saints .Let us pray for there physical needs , emotional needs and spiritual needs. God answerers your prayers. God is concerned about anything that concerns us.
There is one final thing I want to suggest. You may want to designate particular days of the week to focus on specific issues. For instance ,
on Sunday , you may want to focus on praying for family , on Mondays , you may want to focus on praying for your neighbor , on Tuesday for your boss
and co worker on Wednesday world peace and the president and Pastor. We must pray without ceasing
