Let’s Talk: How Can I Cope with feelings of loneliness ?

Scripture: God and your loneliness2 Timothy 4:16,17
But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me.
Loneliness is a serious problem,and it is as old as creation. After God created the world and said everything was good.He said something very different. It is not good that man should be alone  ( Genesis 2:18)  If God said loneliness is not good it is not good. Paul certainly felt alone in a roman prison awaiting execution. But  he wrote The Lord stood with me. God was his source of strength and comfort in the loneliness of that Roman jail. When we have this feeling, Let us pray, Oh Father, fill my loneliness with your presence. Help me turn my focus from my hurt to your Holy Sprit;
who lives in me. I know how much you love me; help me receive your love. God you said that you would never leave me nor forsake me, help me to walk my faith and not by sight. God will always be there for you, and He will send someone to stand by your side; as he stands on the inside of us.
God knows, and He cares !!
